She’Landa has a great deal of client intake experience. She has worked as a Scheduling Coordinator and practiced superior interpersonal skills and customer service. She’Landa attended high school in Amelia County, Virginia and later pursued her degree in Criminal Justice with the University of Phoenix. She is a licensed notary with years of administrative and clerical experience. As an investigator, She’Landa is one of the first voices a caller may hear after reaching out to us. She is eager to help make a caller’s experience with Marks & Harrison an excellent one.
